The Offer: 15,600 Coca-Cola glasses to be claimed, in total. Glasses subject to availability across each Participating Yo! Sushi Restaurant and only available on a first-come-first-serve basis, whilst stocks last.

To claim the offer, customers must be a member of Yo! Sushi’s Love Club and purchase either any two 330ml glass Coca-Cola original taste or 330ml glass Coca-Cola Zero Sugar in one transaction from a Participating Yo! Sushi Restaurant (See, Schedule 1). The Customers will get given their free glass from the server within a Participating Yo! Sushi Restaurant. Eligible products will be subject to availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis, whilst stocks last. Maximum of one glass per customer per transaction. Offer only available in-restaurant.
Eligibility: Offer is available to residents of Great Britain aged 18+ who are YO! Sushi dine-in customers.
Start date and closing date: This offer is valid from 00:00 on 01.07.25 to 23:59 on 30.07.25.
No responsibility can be accepted for offers not claimed or orders that are not submitted on time or in full, lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed via e-mail/phone, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or corrupted webpages.
In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the offer where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the offer at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
In so far as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
Our decision is final in relation to the offer and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the offer materials, these terms will prevail.
We reserve the right to verify all claims and to refuse the offer where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
1. there has been a breach of:

3. any law; or
4. any instructions forming part of this offer’s requirements or otherwise;
5. a participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the offer.
If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by relevant English law and you and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in an English court. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
